If the management team deems that a Creator is violating the Terms of Use/Guidelines, theいr Creator's account may be suspended, or temporarily suspended.
Creator account suspension
If a Creator account is suspended, the following limits are imposed.
- All supporters and followers removed *
- Blocked from getting new supporters
- Creator page hidden
- Blocked from sending e-mail notifications to supporters and followers, blocked from site notifications
- Posts hidden from FANBOX timelines, except for on your own Creator page
- Posts hidden from tag search results
- Blocked from using the newsletter feature
During the suspension, the Creator cannot delete their account on their own. Creators with suspended accounts who wish to delete their accounts should contact FANBOX via the contact form.

Creator account temporary suspension
Creator accounts may be temporarily suspended so that creators can revise or improve their content.
When a Creator account is temporarily suspended, the creator will still be able to receive pledges from their supporters.Supporters will also continue to be able to browse the Creator's page and supporter-limited posts.
Once we have confirmed that the creator has revised their content appropriately, the FANBOX management team will lift the temporary suspension.
