You can browse a creator's FANs only posts once your pledge for that month has been paid.
If you cannot browse FANs only posts even if you've made your payment in the same month, consider the following possibilities.
- You're logged out of the account you're supporting them on
- You're logged into another account that isn't the one you're supporting them on
Please check that you're logged into the account that you're supporting them on. You can check your payment situation from the Supported Creators or Payment History page.
- Automatic payment at the beginning of the month failed
Pledges on pixivFANBOX apply for one calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of a month).Even if you made a payment at the end of the month, the next payment will be charged automatically at the beginning of the following month. If an error occurs when processing the payment through credit card, PayPal, or pixivcoban at the beginning of the month, you will automatically stop supporting the creator.
Check your Supported Creators or Payment History page. If the name of the creator in question is not listed, it is possible that your payment failed.
- Your FAN status has expired
If you're paying at the convenience store, you will no longer be able to browse FANs-only posts after the support period you paid for ends. If you want to continue to support a creator, please consider making a new payment.
