If you see an error message when trying to support a creator, or if certain features are restricted, the creator may have blocked you.

Restrictions on FANBOX
If a creator blocks you on pixiv, the following restrictions will also apply on FANBOX.

Immediately restricted features:
- Follow: Your follow will be automatically removed, and you won't be able to follow the creator again.
- Comments: You will no longer be able to comment on their posts.
- Support: You will not be able to start new support, change your plan, or resume support.

If you are supporting that creator:
- During the current month: You can still view supporters-only posts.
- From the following month: Your support will be automatically canceled, and you will no longer be able to view supporters-only posts (you will still be able to view public to all users posts).
- Once support is canceled, you cannot resume support within the same month.
