The payment method will be different depending on the convenience store you choose to make the payment at.
Please pay following the process as laid out in the e-mail you have received.
The deadline for payment is on the second to last day of every month at 11:59 pm JST regardless of when in the month you applied for convenience store payment. (Example: If the month has 31 days, the deadline for payment is the 30th at 11:59 pm JST.)
If you cannot make the payment before the deadline, the payment will automatically be cancelled.
The e-mail will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please check the following if you cannot find the e-mail:
- Check if the entered e-mail address is correct
- Check that it isn't in spam or another folder
- Check that email@example.com isn't blocked
If you made an error in entering your e-mail, cancel the payment from your payment history and start the process again.
