If you see an error when trying to support a creator or if you're unable to complete the payment process, there may be several possible causes. Please check the following.
1. If you can't register your credit card…
If you're unable to register your credit card, please see the following articles.
- I can't register my credit card information
- What to do if you see the message "The information entered is incorrect, or the card cannot be used. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer for assistance" when registering a credit card
- What to do if you see the message "This card can not be registered. Consider registering a different card or try again after checking the card usage limit" when registering a credit card
You can find a list of credit cards supported on FANBOX below.

2. If you can't support creators with R-18 content using PayPal...
Depending on your past PayPal usage history, PayPal payments may not be available for certain creators, especially those posting R-18 content.
Please consider using an alternative payment method.

3. If you made a payment, but it doesn't show up as support...
Due to processing times, it may take up to 15 minutes for your support to be reflected after completing the payment.
This also applies to payments made at convenience stores.

4. If you can't select convenience store payments...

5. If your payment is being processed and you can't proceed...
If you see a message on the plan selection page saying "Your payment is currently being processed", it means your previous support payment is still pending. As a result, you won't be able to make a new payment or change your plan at this time.
I cannot change my plan and "Your payment is currently being processed" is being shown
6. If you see an error message...
Certain features, like support and commenting, may be restricted if a creator has blocked you.
